Discharge and blinking orange led

Please help my with my phone : htc desire 500 dual sim if my phone is discharged blinkg orange led then i Pull the battery and wait 10 min then i add back and my phone start and im in recovery twrp and i reboot device .... if my phone discharged i alerdy must this proces please help.. give me stock recovery for htc dessire 500 dual sim hboot 1.03
